CAPACITY AS M2/DAILY: 50,000-100,000 M2

TR 3001 Fan-Assisted Automatic Watermelon Harvesting Machine eliminates the labor force requirement and worker supply challenges that have been a nightmare for watermelon growers. With its high labor capacity, it can harvest watermelon over a daily area of 50,000-100,000 m2 and separate the seeds efficiently. Thanks to the TR 3001 fan-assisted fully automatic watermelon harvesting machine, watermelons are collected from the field without human labor and sent to the chopping chamber. In the first separation chamber, the seeds are extracted; in the 2nd and 3rd sieves, the seeds are sifted and transferred to the storage tank. The accumulated seeds in the storage tank are then emptied automatically. Additionally, by adding a fan to the machine, seed drying is facilitated by 20%. Unlike other machines where seed damage and shell retention frequently occur, our machines guarantee no such issues. With a 99% seed cleaning rate, Şimşek Machinery has always been a pioneer.

Our machine operates connected to the tractor’s PTO shaft. This machine gives a significant boost to the agricultural sector by reducing the need for labor to a minimum and enabling the harvesting of more crops in less time.
